How does Coach Charter Europe work?
Coach Charter Europe is a bus company that offers coaches with drivers covering most of Europe. We offer our own busses as well as chartered buses from our bus depots all over Europe.
You can simply enter your request in our inquiry form and send it to us. We are immediately checking rates and availabilities for your requested tour and coordinate with our bus depots in Europe. Then we send you an unbinding quote.
Once you are satisfied with our offer, you can confirm the booking and together we can proceed with arranging the final details and payment to realize the tour promptly.
Does Coach Charter Europe offer Airport Transfers?
Yes, Coach Charter Europe offers Airport Transfers at most European Airports.
Does Coach Charter Europe offer long distance travels?
Yes, Coach Charter Europe offers long distance travel as well as multi-day trips. Feel free to ask our friendly customer service team to make a coach charter quote for your planned itinerary.
Does Coach Charter Europe offer short distance travel?
Yes, Coach Charter Europe offers short distance travel at almost any destination in Europe. Be it a Dinner Transfer, a Fairground Transfer or a City Transfer – you can book your short distance tour at Coach Charter Europe.
How many people fit into the bus?
We offer vehicle sizes that seat between 10 and 70 people. Ask our customer service team for the perfect bus size for your group needs.
How many luggage can I carry with me?
The amount of luggage is decisive for the choice of your bus:
16-19 seats bus has capacity for 11 standard airline luggage max.
30 seats bus has capacity for 20 standard airline luggage max.
36 seats bus has capacity for 28 standard airline luggage max.
49 seats bus has capacity for 45 standard airline luggage max.
55 seats bus has capacity for 50 standard airline luggage max.
Will the bus have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the majority of our busses offer free Wi-Fi during the tour. Therefore we need to check with dispatchers department for the WiFi bus availability for your dates when booking.
Is it allowed to have food and beverages in the bus?
Yes, you can either bring your own food and beverages or allow it to be organized by the driver, and tour leader must pay the driver direct for the products and service.
How will the driver find me?
Prior to your tour we will clarify all the final details with you and communicate it to your driver. At the latest day before your tour start, you will receive all the driver’s details from us. There will be an emergency number for you to call just in case any urgent matter needs to be clarified during or after office hrs.
Will the driver speak my language?
We are always looking for drivers that fit best to your group and tour. We strive to find a driver that speaks your language. All our drivers will at least be able to communicate in Basic English with you.
What happens if the bus arrives late?
It can happen – due to unforeseen sudden traffic conjunctions – that the driver arrives little late at the starting point. We suggest calling the driver first. If the driver is not available you can call us on our 24/7 emergency number.
Will the quote price be the total cost or there are other costs?
The price given in the quote is for the coach and driver hire, however, the price will in/not include following:
road Tax, VAT taxes,
Rate does NOT include:
parking fees, road tax outside of Germany, driver’s meals, driver’s tips, driver accommodation (in a single room, incl. breakfast), city entrance fees (if they occur), tunnel fees (if they occur), ferry fees incl. empty runs (if they occur), bridge fees (if they occur).

Extra hours will be charged at € 75 per hour. A night time supplement fee of € 25 per hour will apply for services taking place between 20:00 and 06:00. Additional mileage will be charged at € 1,50 per kilometre.

How does the payment work?
Once you have confirmed a quote you will receive an invoice from us. Some tours might require a deposit at the date of booking. Usually you pay us the remaining amount at the least 4 weeks prior to your tour starting date.
Can I pay with Credit Card?
Yes, Coach Charter Europe can send you an email with our banking system link that you can use with your Credit Card details direct and the process will take you 2 minutes.
However, the system will add on top of the amount required 4.6% security surcharge for the bank that will not show on our invoice because the bank is taking it not us.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes, this is the best and preferred payment method, as you can simply wire the amount to our company bank account details stated on the bottom left of the invoice page.
Can I get my money back if I cancel the tour?
Yes, you can receive refund for your payment by following the cancellation fees terms:
no charge up to 21 days prior to departure
50% 21 days - 7 days prior to departure
75 % (minimum € 200.00) if trip is cancelled less than 7 days prior to departure
100 % if trip is cancelled 12 hours or less prior to departure of the bus
When the service payment is due?
The price quoted must be credited to the bank account of Irro Verkehrsservice GmbH & Co KG no later than 28 days prior to departure.
