Top 10 attractions in The Bad Reichenhall with Irro Charter

Bad Reichenhall is a famous and internationally known spa town situated in the Upper Bavarian district Berchtesgadener Land. The town is the gateway to the Salt Alps of the Berchtesgadener Land - embedded in a picturesque mountain panorama and only 20 kilometres away from Salzburg, Austria. Bad Reichenhall lies in the Saalach Valley, framed by the foothills of the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau Alps.

The town can look back on a history of four thousand years of settlement. Its history has always been closely linked to the extraction of salt from brine. These days, Bad Reichenhall Alpine Salt is known throughout the country, has a large market share, and enjoys a special position among table salts.
Since the middle of the 19th century the town has been known far beyond the borders of Germany as a spa and holiday resort. Since 1890 it holds the German word "Bad" spa in its name, which stands for bath or spa. In 1899 the town was awarded the title of a Royal Bavarian State Spa.
